Construction Works' work in partnership with contractors, procurers and developers within the construction industry to ensure maximum awareness of current developments / Projects by communicating information to the local supply chain and promote any potential opportunities. Our aim is to harness as much local construction knowledge to ensure the positive impact on the city.
Canvassing of Local Construction and Allied Trades Supply Chain
We link with procurement schedules and canvas the local supply chain on behalf of the main contractor, we put forward business CV's of potential sub contractors. We can canvas the local supply chain through the Construction Works directory and facilitate expressions of interest for packages of work. These can be screened and submitted direct to the main contractor for consideration prior to the PPQ process and we can undertake all the administration for this process.
Monitoring/Reporting Service to Measure the Social Impact of a Project
We will commit to regular management meetings and site visits to ensure we can provide a brief report that links the developments integration with social agenda aims. These focus on elements such as local sub contract let packages, local labour & training and links with the local community i.e. school links, community groups etc. This service is provided under a voluntary agreement and only the elements specified by the developer, procurer or main contractor will be monitored. This service is of particular importance when tendering for future development opportunities.
Promotional Tools to Access Local Industry
We provide full use of the Construction Works website www.constructionworks.org to promote your developments to the local supply chain. Once you are registered you will have access to the 'Work Vine', mail-outs, direct emails to over 600 local construction and allied trades businesses, and sub contractors that are registered with us for possible contract opportunities from proposed work packages.

Any recruitment opportunity can be administrated through the 'Construction Works' recruitment team. The team holds a large database of skilled and semi skilled construction workers we interview and jobs match a request quickly and efficiently according to you specifications.
