Hull Citybuild has submitted an outline planning application for the second phase of development at Humber Quays as part of the delivery of the City Centre Masterplan. The first phase has seen the completion of the first two office buildings served by a decked car park, as well as the creation of a stunning public plaza and new viewing areas. Construction work has also started on a striking apartment complex, Freedom Quay.
Four designers are exhibiting their ideas at a public display at Hull City Hall on Friday 12 October and Saturday 13 October. .Hull Citybuild have short listed an impressive group of four highly regarded developers and the proposals submitted are of an immensely high standard.
