We ensure that the CITB (SLE Structure Learning Exercise) test is part of the recruitment
process. Each apprentice spends their first six weeks at college, covering health
and safety, vocational choices, and generic elements of NVQ and obtaining their
CSCS.
- If the Apprentice match is not suitable, the host employer will try to resolve any
issues and in extreme circumstances will bring the Apprentice back to work on host
employer activity until another suitable placement can be found.
By using Construction Works for your Apprentice needs, we could save you time, money,
long term commitment worries AND we will take care of all required training.
